This is a workmen's compensation case involving a cab company and one of its drivers. It is a sequel to Hannigan v. Goldfarb, 53 N.J.Super. 190 (App. Div. 1958), which held a taxicab leasing arrangement, almost identical to the one involved here, to be an "employment" for the purposes of the Workmen's Compensation...
