This is a civil action for declaratory judgment of invalidity and noninfringement of United States Letters Patent No. 2,998,611, unfair competition, false marking and patent misuse brought by American Needle and Novelty Co. against Schuessler Knitting Mills, Inc. and Schuessler Knitting Foundation.
