Petitioner, Ronald Merle Weaver, was granted review by certiorari of an order of the district court of Warren County, Maurice C. Herrick, Judge, refusing to appoint counsel to carry on his appeal and furnish other costs of appeal from his conviction of the crime of breaking and entering contrary to section 708.8, Code, 1962, and sentence to the men's reformatory at Anamosa for a term not to exceed ten years.
