SIMONS, District Judge.
This is an appeal from a "final decision" of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying plaintiff disability benefits under the Social Security Act. The sole question before the court is whether the Secretary's decision is supported by substantial evidence. If so supported it must be affirmed. This court has no authority to try the case de novo.
