KILKENNY, District Judge:

Defendant E. L. Caldwell & Sons, Inc. (Caldwell), a Texas corporation, and the manufacturer of a machine which caused an injury to plaintiff, challenges, on its motion to quash the service of process, the court's jurisdiction in this diversity case.
