Memorandum Opinion

MULRONEY, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' income tax for the years 1961 and 1962 in the amounts of $350.12 and $456.52, respectively. Other deficiencies were determined, including a deficiency for the year 1960, but these have all been conceded by petitioners.
