George A. Davis was arrested September 22, 1964, and charged with unlawful possession of a narcotic drug in violation of RCW 69.32.080, and unlawful possession of a dangerous drug in violation of RCW 69.40.060, 061, 063.

From the judgment and sentence entered upon the jury's verdict of guilty on both counts, George A. Davis has appealed.
