Appellant, Nathaniel Franklin, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted of the crime of robbery, a felony, in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-641 and 13-643, and was sentenced to serve not less than five nor more than eight years in the Arizona State Prison.
