Edward C. Karp appeals from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the final rejection of claims 3, 4, 6 and 10 of appellant's application1 entitled "Indicating Device Index." No claims have been allowed.

The issue is whether the subject matter disclosed and claimed by appellant is obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103 in view of the following prior art:
