Plaintiff, Woodrow W. Bussey, seeks to reverse a decree of the trial court dismissing his fifth amended complaint without leave to further amend. Defendants are Plumbers Local No. 3 of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, the United Association of the aforementioned local union and various officers of the particular Local.
