MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAUGHERTY, District Judge.

In this case the plaintiff in behalf of the Small Business Administration obtained a judgment against the defendants on promissory notes and for foreclosure of a real estate mortgage securing the same. The amount of the judgment obtained by the plaintiff on the promissory notes was in the sum of $27,070.33 which included interest to the date of the judgment. The property was then appraised at $27,000.00 and sold...
