DYER, Justice.

This is a Workmen's Compensation case. Plaintiffs in error, City of Lawrenceburg and its insurance carrier Bituminous Casualty Insurance Company, will be referred to in this opinion as employer and the other parties by name.

The facts in this case are not disputed. Robert L. Nelson was, for a number of years, regularly employed by Sealtest Milk Company as a route man operating in and out of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Mr. Nelson...
