The principal question in this case is whether the appellee, Harry Spritzman, is entitled to benefits under the extra-territorial provisions of the Texas Workman's Compensation Law for an automobile accident which occurred in England. The jury found that appellee was hired in Texas by Service Life Insurance Company, sometimes called Service Life, in November of 1958; that appellee, after being hired by said company, did not do any work for it before...
