The plaintiff, on the ground of mutual mistake, requests reformation of two fire insurance policies issued by the defendants, Westchester Fire Insurance Company and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. It seeks to have the named insured in those policies changed from J. J. Inc. to Gerald M. Rafoul. Upon hearing and findings of fact, the court entered a decree reforming the policies and ordered payment of the agreed amount of fire loss. The case is here...
