The plaintiff, on the ground of mutual mistake, requests reformation of two fire insurance policies issued by the defendants, Westchester Fire Insurance Company and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. It seeks to have the named insured in those policies changed from J. J. Inc. to Gerald M. Rafoul.
