This is an appeal from a judgment rescinding a conditional sales contract between respondent Story and appellant Gateway Chevrolet Company, and awarding Story $2,650 in compensatory and punitive damages against Gateway and appellants Gil Hile, Jim Wessman, Max Rubin, Eugene Davenport and Larry Robinson, the latter persons having been employees of Gateway at the time the contract was made.
