This is an action for damages arising out of an airplane crash on August 29, 1961. The plaintiff, a young pre-medical student, and a qualified airplane pilot, was employed in South Carolina, as a crop duster, and was applying a chemical dust-defoliant by the trade-name of Folex manufactured by the defendant, by airplane to cotton plants in Lee County, South Carolina, when he alleges he was overcome by the toxic ingredients...
