This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction in the Morgan Superior Court. Appellant was charged by affidavit with the crimes of (1) operating a motor vehicle with a suspended operator's license; (2) operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor; and (3) public intoxication.
