A collision occurred between the vehicle of an eastbound motorist, plaintiff Silas Wilkins, driving along a county road, and a station wagon driven by defendant Sawyer entering that road from a private driveway. High weeds growing along the south side of the road and west side of the driveway impaired the line of vision of each driver.
