The plaintiffs have appealed from an order approving a plan for the desegregation of the schools in Statesville, North Carolina. Terms of the plan are discoverable only from colloquies between court and counsel on the record in this case. It has not otherwise been reduced to writing, except for the District Judge's description of it in his opinion.
