This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits under the law of Tennessee. Ed Whitehead, now deceased, and plaintiff's intestate, was an employee of the defendant, Aluminum Company of America, over a period of years and on December 12, 1962 he was engaged in his work in the shear room where rolls of aluminum of designated width and length came down a conveyor system where the rolls were cut off into sheets of a pre-determined length...
