Baxter (Baxter) from operating the vessel "Governor Brann" between the mainland of the Commonwealth and the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket allegedly in violation of St. 1960, c. 701, § 5. The Authority also sought an accounting for profits derived from the operation of the vessel...
