Smolin, the appellant (Smolin), filed April 24, 1963, to require the conservator (now receiver) of the First Fidelity Savings & Loan Association (First Fidelity) to pay Smolin the sum of $4969.35, allegedly Veterans Disability Retirement payments deposited...
