By this action the Secretary of Labor seeks to enjoin defendant from violating the record keeping provisions and the minimum wage and maximum hour requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. He also seeks to compel defendant to pay amounts due for past violations of the wage and hour provisions. Violations are alleged to have occurred during the period from September 11, 1961, to the present.
