HOLMES, Justice.

This is an action for damages for personal injuries brought by a pedestrian against the driver of an automobile that struck the pedestrian. In the Trial Court there was a jury verdict for the defendant which was approved by the Trial Judge. The case was appealed by plaintiff to the Court of Appeals. That Court reversed the Trial Court, holding that the Trial Judge committed reversible error in allowing the defendant to amend his special pleas and...
