Upon the application of the claimant, Estill Justice, this Court, on November 23, 1964, granted an appeal from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board, entered September 10, 1964, which affirmed a previous order of the Director holding that claimant had not made a proper showing for a reopening of his claim.
