This action arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on January 27, 1961. Defendant Klippenstein was driving a group of skiers from Wheaton College, in Illinois, to Boyne Mountain, Michigan, in connection with a trip planned and approved by the Wheaton College Ski Club, of which Klippenstein was a member.
