In this workmen's compensation case the Court of Common Pleas No. 5 of Philadelphia County dismissed the appeal of Sears, Roebuck and Co., the defendant-appellant, from the decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board allowing the petition of Ernest C. Schneider, the claimant-appellee, to set aside a final receipt. The company appealed from this decision and from the entry of judgment by the court below on the compensation...
