The appellants, Mr. and Mrs. Hoffmann, sued the appellee, County Title Company, Inc., at law alleging that on February 19, 1959, they purchased from Joseph S. Devereux, Inc., the builder, a new house known as 11104 Newport Mill Road, Kensington, Maryland (Lot 17, Block S, Rock Creek Palisades) and made settlement at the office of the defendant title company which, for a valuable consideration, entered into an oral agreement...
