This matter is before the court on motion of libelant "for an Order requiring the Respondent L. R. Ryan, Inc., and the Travelers Insurance Company, Respondent's insurance carrier and Respondent's agent in defense of the Libel, to produce and to permit the Libellant to inspect and copy the investigative file of the Travelers Insurance Company pertaining to the explosion alleged in the Libel herein." Motion is made pursuant to Rule 32
