Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in the income tax of Reef Corporation for the period December 15, 1958, through June 30, 1959, in the amount of $70,695.18, and a deficiency in the income tax of Reef Corporation (successor in name to Reef Fields Gasoline Corporation) for the fiscal year July 1, 1958, through June 30, 1959, in the amount of $111,894.40.
