PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged, tried and convicted in justice court of the offense of reckless driving, contrary to section 321.283, Code 1962, I.C.A. Upon his appeal to the district court, defendant was again tried, found guilty, fined $25 and costs and in default of payment of the fine he was to be confined to the county jail five days. Defendant's appeal comes here upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
