MEMORANDUM OPINION

The plaintiff brought this action to review a final decision of the Secretary, denying the plaintiff's application on behalf of her twin children, Jennifer M. Allseitz and Edwin A. Allseitz, Jr., as authorized by the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. § 402(d).
