After a plenary trial in the Chancery Division, a final judgment was entered against defendant Charles Schwartz (hereinafter "Charles") alone for the sum of $46,127.21 and in favor of plaintiff, as assignee for the benefit of creditors of Roger's Outfitters, a New Jersey corporation (hereinafter "Outfitters").
