This is an application for leave to appeal from a denial of post conviction relief by Judge Shook in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. The applicant was convicted by that Circuit Court in May 1958 of sodomy and was sentenced to serve seven (7) years in the Maryland Penitentiary.
