The Court on July 7, 1965, granted the Government's motion to correct sentences and amended the sentences imposed on defendant Mandracchia on November 26, 1963, and the sentences imposed on defendant Pugliese, reduced on February 20, 1964. The Court has resentenced both defendants, in the view that they should not escape some term of commitment for their offenses.
