This is a writ of certiorari to review an award of the Industrial Commission of Arizona, denying compensation to the petitioner, Dave E. Moore.

On or about 20 February, 1959, petitioner, while working as a carpenter or carpenter foreman, suffered a compression fracture of the first lumbar vertebra, and strain and contusion of the right hand.
