The within captioned tort actions consolidated for trial were brought by plaintiffs to recover damages allegedly sustained by them in a collision that occurred on or about March 16, 1963, on the Fort Jackson Military Reservation between a 1957 Chevrolet automobile owned and operated by plaintiff Frison E. Murphy, in which other plaintiffs were riding as guest passengers, and a 1962 Chevrolet convertible automobile owned by defendant Thomas...
