The petitioner, as special administrator of the estate of Marion F. Orne, seeks the return of certain property originally owned by the decedent. The probate judge entered a decree favorable to the respondents, from which the petitioner appealed. After a full hearing the judge made a report of material facts. The evidence is reported.
