The decree of the chancellor on findings of fact adjudged that the transaction between these parties involving about $38,000.00 and a warranty deed of plaintiffs' 800-acre farm to the defendants with a repurchase lease agreement back to plaintiffs, was an usurious contract. The decree declared the deed and lease were null and void and further that the transaction was a loan secured by an equitable mortgage...
