OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE EAGEN, April 20, 1965:

Plaintiff was involved in an automobile accident, and, as a result, was subject to a claim for damages. Alleging that he was protected under a casualty insurance policy issued by the defendant company, this action in equity was instituted seeking specific performance of the contract of insurance.
