On February 11, 1964, Herman M. Bosschermuller, plaintiff, instituted an action at law against Elliot H. Creekmore and William F. Beasley, defendants, to recover damages in the sum of $100,000 resulting from personal injuries he sustained when the automobile he was operating collided with a truck driven by defendant Creekmore while in the employment of defendant Beasley.
