Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

FAY, Judge:

The Commissioner determined a deficiency in petitioner's income tax for the year 1961 in the amount of $344.64. The issues for decision are (1) whether petitioner is entitled to a deduction of $83.031 as a medical expense and (2) whether petitioner is entitled to a deduction of $1,241.25 as traveling expenses.
