Since these two cases involve identical questions of law they can be disposed of together. The plaintiff, Mrs. Dorothy A. Johnson, in her individual capacity, sued to recover for the alleged wrongful death of her husband. Mrs. Johnson, as administratrix of her husband's estate, sued to recover for his pain and suffering, expenses of last illness and burial expenses.
