This is an action for declaratory relief and to quiet title against tractwide deed restrictions which limit the use of plaintiffs' property to single-family residential purposes. The trial court gave judgment declaring the restrictions to be unenforceable in part. Defendants have appealed. It is necessary to reverse the judgment because of the absence of a finding of fact on an issue which must be resolved...
