Plaintiffs by their petition seek to enjoin the School District of the City of Omaha from enforcing an order fixing boundaries for the attendance of children at two new elementary schools within the district, or, in the alternative, to provide plaintiffs' child with free bus transportation to and from the school to which she is assigned. By a second cause of action plaintiffs seek a judgment declaring the order fixing the area attendance boundaries...
