These are appeals by the respondents from two decrees of the Probate Court of Norfolk County. The controversy arises out of the conflicting claims of the petitioner (Gullicksen) and of the respondent Laurence E. Bunker to two lots of land in Wellesley known as the Curtis Spring lot and the Hurd Spring lot. The other respondents are Elinor Bishop MacNeil and Mary C.
