Petitioner, confined to Montana State Prison pursuant to a conviction on his plea of guilty in the District Court of the Sixteenth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Fallon, on three separate felony charges, seeks leave to file in this court in forma pauperis a petition for writ of habeas corpus, and he also seeks the appointment of counsel.
