The defendant in error, Prentice Thompson, hereafter referred to as plaintiff, was the owner of the following real property in the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma: the east thirty feet of the north forty feet of Lot Twenty-three and the east thirty feet of Lot Twenty-four, Block Two, Rosedale Addition.
