SWEENEY, Chief Judge.
The plaintiff Union brought this action pursuant to Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185, to compel arbitration under a collective bargaining agreement. The case is before the court on the Union's motion for summary judgment and the Company's motion to dismiss.
