These two actions for wrongful death grew out of the same tragic occurrence and were consolidated for trial. In the case of Kerley Keathley, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $17,250.00, allocating $11,000.00 thereof as pecuniary loss sustained by the decedent's daughters, Sandra and Patsy. In the case of Delcia Keathley, a verdict was returned for the plaintiff in the amount of $15,250.00, the jury allocating $9,000.00...
